Barnaby was tried at Bristol in Gloucestershire on the 30th of April 1783, for for Intent to rob.
Barnaby was sentenced to transportation for 7 years. He left England with the first fleet on board the Alexander.
Barnaby's occupation was not recorded.
Sentenced to receive 50 lashes for singing loudly 'at an improper hour' in June 1789.
He became a Nightwatch member in 1800.
