Edward was tried at the Old Bailey in London on the 15th of September 1784 for stealing watch pieces worth 168 shillings.
Edward was sentenced to transportation for 7 years. He left England with the first fleet on board the Alexander.
Edwards occupation was not recorded.
Edward married Martha Eaton on 23rd March 1788 and together they had three children.
