Henry was tried at Warwick in Warwickshire on the 21st of March 1785, for stealing.
He was sentenced to death which was cummuted to transportation for 7 years.
He left England with the first fleet on board the Alexander aged about 43 years old.
Henry had no occupation recorded. He left NSW in 1793, one of three older ex-convicts ordered a passage home by the Lieutenant Governor.
