Samuel was tried at Gloucester in Gloucestershire on the 13th of July 1785, for stealing a silver watch worth 60 shillings.
Samuel was sentenced to transportation for 7 years. He left England with the first fleet on board the Alexander.
Samuel's occupation was not recorded.
Samuel was killed by Aborigines at Rushcutters Bay.
