Horse Racing - Weighing In.

After a race, normally only the riders of the first four horses are weighed again.
If a jockey's weight exceeds his weigh-out weight by more than the permitted amount, it is reported to the stewards, but the horse is not disqualified.
If a jockey weighs less than the permitted amount, the horse will be disqualified.
When the weigh-in returns no infringements, the stewards confirm the result.
