When To Change Ends In Tennis

Tennis - Changing Ends

Picture #1 Players change ends at the end of the first and third games and any subsequent alternate game in each set.
A change of ends at the end of a set occurs only if the total number of games in that set is an odd number.
If the number is even, the change takes place after the first game of a new set.
