Tennis - Losing A Point

A point is lost when the player fails to return the ball over the net before it touches the ground twice on his side of the net.
A point is lost when the player returns the ball so that it first hits the ground outside his opponent's court, or strikes any object outside that court.
Another point each is lost when the player hits the ball into the net or hits the ball twice.

A point is lost if the player hits the net with his person or racquet. or if he plays the ball at any stage before it has crossed to his side of the net.
A point is lost when the player is hit by the ball anywhere other than his racquet.
Or, if the player deliberately hinders an opponent (if its accidental, a let is played).
A Return Is Good If;

A return is good if it bounces within the court after crossing the net.
The ball may touch the net or cross outside the post as long as it lands in the correct court.
A players racquet may pass over the net after hitting the ball as long as the player did not strike the ball before it crossed the net.
